Garden salad (mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion various dressings), slow cooked pot roast (tender beef simmered with onion, carrots, mushrooms and potatoes in rich gravy) and pumpkin pie (classic with flaky all-butter crust, served with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon).
