The Tripoli Air Corps was founded in 1975 to provide Mercy Flights to Shrine Burns Institutes in Cincinnati, Boston and Galveston when immediate attention to a severely burned child often is the difference between life and death. The Corps also stands ready to fulfill special requests of the Potentate.

Since 1982, the Air Corps has made 8 emergency flights to Cincinnati. Seeing the wonderful care given to the patients they have flown has been a most gratifying experience for the flight crews.
